A standard residential swimming pool, approximately 4m × 8m, typically takes about 3–5 weeks after excavation.

Waterfall: 5–10 days.

The timeline may increase where there is a high water table, a retaining wall is required, or heavy rainfall affects construction.

We recommend electricity, solar or a dedicated generator backup capable of running the system for approximately 4–6 hours daily.

Properly maintained water should not turn green. Green water is generally caused by algae growth when the required chemical treatment is not maintained.

We provide a filtration system that circulates the water, initial chemical treatment including chlorine and pH balancing, and simple maintenance training for your staff.

Monthly chemical costs are approximately ₦35,000–₦70,000 depending on the project and maintenance requirements.

Proper construction significantly reduces the risk of leakage or cracking.

Our construction process includes 8mm–12mm iron reinforcement using a double-mat system, waterproof cement mix, waterbar and waterproofing additives including Sikalite / Adex adhesive water-repellent or water-resistant materials.

We also carry out four-stage plastering and waterproof sealing before tiling.

Structural warranty against leakage is provided.

Skimmer Pool: The water level is approximately 4–6 inches below the deck and water enters the filtration system through a skimmer box. It is generally less expensive and easier to maintain.

Overflow / Infinity Pool: Water flows over the edge into a balance tank, creating a modern luxury mirror effect. It costs more but provides a more premium appearance.

We build standalone garden waterfalls, wall waterfalls, pool waterfalls, standalone garden fountains and pool fountains.

When these features are planned together with the swimming pool, plumbing work and overall project costs can be reduced.

Swimming Pools: Mosaic tiles, Spanish or Italian pool tiles, or fiberglass.

Waterfalls: Natural rock, stacked stone, artificial rock, or tiled walls with water blades.

Fountains: Granite, marble, fiberglass statues and stainless-steel nozzles with LED lighting.

Clients can choose suitable finishes from our available catalogue.

Payment is structured in stages:

80% mobilization.

10% at the formwork / reinforcement stage.

5% at the tiling stage.

5% after commissioning and testing.

We provide a 1-year warranty on pumps, a 2-year structural warranty against leakage, plus one month of free maintenance and water-treatment training.
